The floor plan layout and large picture windows of this contemporary craftsman style home, takes advantage of the sweeping panoramic views, including a view of Mt. Woodson. The original house, on this site, was lost in the Witch Creek Firestorm of 2007.

After the 2007 wildfires, we had the opportunity to redesign our home to take advantage of our beautiful views. Until we consulted with Carole, every floor plan created by us and by others led to long, dark hallways and an inefficient use of space. Carole's first pencil drawing was so exactly what we were looking for that we both looked at each other in awe, and we did not change a thing! This was only the beginning of a delightful process of creating every detail of our new home. Carole’s design is wonderfully livable, efficient and takes maximum advantage of our views. Carole guided us through all the choices; flooring, appliances, furniture placement, paint colors, etc. Carole was our building advocate with contractors and her experience with San Diego County building codes made the approval process for our plans effortless. We just love our home!
